Well I seem to have been away from these forums for 3 years so excuse the avatar! Anywho, similar to Nick I decided it would be best that I dont clog up the finished work section with non-coloured work.

Heres what I've been up to the past few months or so ( feel free to tear apart):

I tend to throw colour in just to see if I've left the colourist room to have fun...I tend to go nuts with a lot of black and I know that doesnt leave much room to manoevure.

This is pretty cool work. I think your cartoony approach is more successful than the Marvel samples. I think Peter Parker is pretty good, but the women's faces need a little more work. Keep it up--I'm getting a good vibe from this!

I too prefer the looser approach but the marvel editors wanted to see if I could tighten it up for samples so I'll see how it goes. Appreciate the crit bud.

Havent really posted anything worth mentioning in a while as i've been hard at work on various projects!

So heres a dump. First up are some select snapshots from my short story in Digital Webbing presents 2.0:





And some sample inks over Marvel pencils - The first time i've tried my hand at inking others work. I was asked to do these so hopefully it will lead to some sort of work:
